              <text>Noo Oroo Road connects Achieng' Oneko and Nzoia Roads, while Omolo Agar Road runs between Jamhuri Gardens and the Kisumu-Busia Road. This street sign, with its arrow-shaped ends and striped post, is typical of those in Kisumu City. Note the other directional signs advertising Hotel Palmers and New East View Hotel, both of which are located on Omolo Agar to the northeast of this junction. A smaller sign (at right) states, "You are now in a Liquid Telecom fibre connected City." Beginning in 2016, the telecom firm began a partnership with the County Government of Kisumu with the goal of greatly boosting internet connectivity. </text>
