It shows the Kisumu Council Chambers inside Town Hall. The advertisement captioned the photo as follows: "The beautiful wood for the panelling in the above photograph was supplied by us. It is Elgon Olive and is typical of the fine quality timbers which are cut and processed by the Kakamega Saw Mills Ltd."
